1. What kinds of trips do you plan?
I design fully customized trips for couples, families, friend groups, and multigenerational travelers. Whether you're dreaming of a wildlife safari, a cultural journey through Europe, an island escape, or an adventure through South America, I craft itineraries tailored to your interests, travel style, and pace.
2. Do you only work with certain destinations?
I work across a wide range of destinations and go deepest in Costa Rica, Peru, and Ecuador, where I have firsthand knowledge and strong local partnerships. The vetted local operators I work with let me design trips across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
3. How much does it cost to plan a trip with Kajaari Adventures?
The planning fee depends on the complexity and length of the trip. On our discovery call I'll talk through your goals and give you a clear, upfront fee before any work begins. The fee is how we both commit: it's what makes this a real working relationship and keeps me accountable to you. Trip costs like accommodations, guides, transportation, and activities are separate from it.

Yes. I work with boutique hotels, private guides, and trusted local partners to create meaningful travel experiences. All bookings can be arranged directly through us so your itinerary is fully coordinated from start to finish.
6. Can you plan group trips or multigenerational travel?
Absolutely. Many of our trips involve families traveling together across multiple generations or groups of friends celebrating special occasions. I design itineraries that balance different interests, activity levels, and travel styles so everyone can enjoy the experience.
7. When should I start planning my trip?
I recommend beginning the planning process 6–12 months before your travel dates, especially for peak seasons or complex itineraries.
However, I can often accommodate trips with 4–8 weeks’ notice, depending on the destination and availability.
8. Why work with a travel advisor instead of booking everything myself?
Planning a meaningful trip takes time, research, and trusted connections. Working with a travel advisor gives you access to carefully vetted experiences, local partnerships, and thoughtful itinerary design that can be difficult to coordinate independently.

9. What if something goes wrong during my trip?
Travel can sometimes be unpredictable, which is why support matters. That’s exactly why I provide 24/7 support via phone, email, and WhatsApp throughout your journey. If something comes up, I coordinate directly with vetted local partners to resolve it quickly.
10. Do you arrange flights and travel insurance?
I provide flight guidance and recommendations, but travelers typically book their own international flights. This allows you flexibility with airline preferences, schedules, and loyalty points.
I strongly recommend travel insurance and can guide you toward reputable providers that offer appropriate coverage.
11. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or special needs?
Absolutely. I regularly work with travelers who have dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or food allergies, as well as accessibility considerations.
