Kajaari Adventures, LLC ("Kajaari Adventures," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed travel advisor and boutique trip planning service registered as a Seller of Travel in the State of Washington (Registration No. 604-758-045). These Terms govern your use of www.kajaariadventures.com (the "Site") and any services initiated through it. Use of this Site does not by itself create a client relationship or constitute a confirmed booking; a separate Travel Planning Agreement governs all paid engagements.

Agency Role & Non-Responsibility

Kajaari Adventures acts solely as a travel advisor and intermediary between travelers and independent third-party suppliers ("Suppliers") such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and transportation providers. We do not own, manage, operate, supervise, or control any Supplier or its services. All Supplier services are subject to the Supplier's own terms and policies. By using this Site or initiating an inquiry, you acknowledge that Kajaari Adventures shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, injury, delay, cancellation, defect, accident, or irregularity arising from the acts or omissions of any Supplier, or from any event beyond our control. Kajaari Adventures reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its sole discretion.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any rights you may have under applicable Washington consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract. A separate Travel Planning Agreement governs all paid client engagements and takes precedence over these Terms for booked travel matters. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
